Aurelia’s focus is capacity development in indigenous communities; we work as allies by bringing visions to life, primarily offering coaching and mentoring, training, and project management. Our collective professional background is in the provision of residential care programming for children and youth who have all been subjected to trauma in varying degrees, and we utilize this trauma-informed approach in all that we do, whether that is working with youth, with individuals, or with communities.
